The young doctor woke from her deep sleep and moved from Bruce’s arms. She hated restless nights with a passion. Pulling on a lilac colored zip up hoodie, she walked out of the house and into the star studded twilight. The crisp night air sent a chill up her spine.
(F/N) looked up to the stars with childlike wonder in her beautiful eyes. The sight was breathtaking and there were no clouds in sight. A sense of peace overwhelmed her entire being. She had begun to feel bliss when she was in Bruce’s company. Only if she could get rid of her wings would she be truly happy.
Her mind wandered as she gazed up into the never ending abyss that was the night sky. She thought of what her future would have in store for her if everything took its proper course as she already felt it was. Maybe, just maybe she would be able to have kids one day. Children were something she had always longed to have.
Her thoughts were quickly whisked away when she felt another presence with her. The doctor turned around, expecting to see that Bruce had joined her. Sadly, she was dead wrong. The person behind her was almost the antithesis of her dear Bruce Banner. The woman was none other than Katrina Johansen. She was the very woman who had ruined her childhood by keeping her under government control.
The dark haired, dark eyed woman led many tests and experiments on (F/N). This evil woman had forced her to fly and broke her spirits, all under the mystic spell of human curiosity. Dr. (L/N) absolutely despised Katrina for that. She could never gain back those years that she had spent living in the constant fear that an experiment or test would render her worse off than before.
“How did you find me?” (F/N’s) voice was nothing more than a rasp whisper. She was horrified down to her core. “Well you haven’t exactly been laying low, now have you? You have made quite a name for yourself and I must say; I am proud.” A smug look crossed the taller woman’s pale face as she walked around the woman in front of her, as if she was examining a show dog.
(F/N’s) facial features fell aghast at the woman’s mention of being proud of her. “Proud?” She laughed. “Proud of me, the girl who you basically tortured throughout her childhood, how dare you? What do you think yourself to be a mother to me?”
“I raised you for ten damn years, didn’t I?” She hissed in response, loving to cause the girl such rage. “Hah, I was a test subject to you, not a child. What do you want from me?” (F/N) took a step back as the woman came closer. “I want you to come back home. I want to see how much you have grown since I last saw you. I need to see how much more you can do.”
She shook her head and stepped back even further. “No, that place was not my home. I will not go back. The government forced you to let me go when I turned 18, you aren’t even supposed to be monitoring me, let alone contacting me.” Her mind raced as she thought of a way to escape. There was always running away, but where could she go? Then there was flying away, but knowing Katrina she had some sort of back up around that would be quick to shoot her out of the sky.
“Considering the friends you have been making in the recent year, the government has grown to side with the fact that you are a potential danger to society. I have every right in the United States to hull you in and that is exactly what I have come here to do.” Katrina smirked and tucked back a lock of her dark brown hair. “So, come with me and I won’t damage that pretty little face of yours.”
“Do whatever you’d like to me. I would rather die than go back to that hell hole.” (F/N) took more steps forward than she had taken back and was now looking into Katrina’s charcoal eyes.
“Hm, if threatening your looks isn’t going to work. How would you like if I gave your lover up to General Ross? That would be a real treat for the both of us, huh?” She threw back her head in a cold laugh.
Rage shot up (F/N’s) dainty spine and she flung herself onto the woman before her. “Don’t you dare touch Bruce, you bitch!” Her sapphire and ivory wings tore through the back of her hoodie and tripled in size along with her anger. Her fists came down on the woman underneath her until she could hardly breathe. Soon she felt several pairs of hands attached to strong arms pulling her off of Katrina.

Normal (Bruce Banner x Reader)
Life had never been easy for you. You were orphaned and left alone on the streets at a young age. No matter how hard you tried, you could never seem to lead a normal life. Being a mutant didn’t help but you had wanted to leave that part of you behind for so long.
It seemed like a dream when you finally saved enough to move to the countryside and buy a piece of land. For the first few months, you always looked over your shoulder for signs of anyone from your old life, but no one ever came. You were happy living a quiet life.
Although you’d been leading a normal life for several years now, you were lonely. Having only met one frie

Library (Bruce Banner X Reader)
You walked around the library, your friend Bruce trailing timidly after you. The public library in New York was huge, and you knew Bruce was worried about being in such a large place when the Other Guy could come out at any time. You had told him he could wait in the car, you just needed to pick up a book, but Bruce insisted on coming anyway. He was, after all, still Bruce, and he couldn’t resist going to a library.
You peered around, looking for the help counter, and finally spotted it. You hurried towards it, in your haste to get Bruce out of there, you had left Bruce, who was peering at a new display of science journals, behind.

Mii and U
(Bruce Banner X Reader)
It was a rather lazy day in Avenger Tower, considerably a day that the team happened to enjoy. At this point you had decided to have a nostalgic day and play on the Wii for a while. After a bit of breakfast (Prepared by Thor himself) which consisted of Pop-tarts and coffee, you bounded out of the kitchen and off to find the Wii system. “Morning Ms. (Y/N) where may I take you today?” A familiar British accent asked as you got into the elevator. “Gaming room Jarv. If ya please” You replied with a huge grin before resting against the wall and listening to the soft music that Jarvis had
