You were (F/N) Rogers, the loving and doting wife of Steve Rogers or as you had first known him to be; Captain America. Oh yes, you who had come from a small town in Ohio were married to a superhero. Not that your family back home would ever believe your patriot of a husband was in fact the one and only Captain America. But, being the wife of a superhero wasn't as great as one would think it to be. There were nights that you were up until dawn, wondering if your husband was alive and pondering on where he could be. He would often come home when you were off at your job as the owner of a bookshop and you would rarely see him.
Over the near decade you had been married, the two of you had drifted apart both in a physical and emotional sense. You were clearly unhappy, but with Steve being the wholesome Christian man he was; he didn't believe in divorce. He would often say: 'If something is broken you don't throw it away, you fix it.' You stood in the kitchen, preparing the turkey for Thanksgiving, happy that your husband was home for once. After you had put the turkey back into the oven, you washed your hands and walked into the living room. Steve looked rather handsome as he simply sat in his chair, reading the paper.
"Steve, honey." You muttered as you took off your apron, careful not to be loud enough to disturb him. "What is it, (F/N)?" He set the paper down on the coffee table. How was it he always noticed the slight edge in your voice when you were upset or angry? You walked over to him, feeling his blue eyes boring into your (E/C) ones.
"I think you should take some time off from all of this superhero business, let the rest of the Avengers deal with it." You never told Steve what to do, but you really needed to be close with him again. He shook his head, his blonde hair shaking with him. "America needs me, (F/N). I can't put our problems on everyone else." His eyes were piercing with the same stubborn attitude he always held.
Your (E/C) eyes fell to the sky blue carpeted floor in defeat, there was no point in arguing with him, he always won. "Oh come here, sweetheart." Steve had stood from his chair and pulled you into his strong arms, the ghost of that warm feeling was alive for a short-lived moment. "I love you." You smiled as he pulled you closer and kissed you. "I love you too, (F/N)."
Things eventually became worse as he was gone more often, you had even gone days without seeing the man to whom you vowed to love for better or for worse in the house of God. That was when a man walked into your life out of the blue. You were restocking the shelves of your bookshop, when you heard the small bell near the door jingle happily as a customer entered. "How can I help you?" You put on a bright smile, that wasn't all so fake when you laid eyes on the man in front of you. He reminded you of Steve, at least when you had first known him as Steve instead of Captain America.
"Yes you can help me, by going on a date with me tonight, beautiful." The bespectacled man smiled softly at you, winking one of his cerulean eyes. Beautiful, it had been such a long time since the word beautiful had been directed towards you. Truth be told, this man had been watching you for a few months, going completely unnoticed. He had found you stunning the second he laid his eyes on you. After that he had wanted to ask you out, but you were usually extremely busy.
The blonde haired charmer was still looking at you, confused as to why you were staring off into space. "If you're sure you want a date with me, well alright." You gave a soft smile, something which you found hard to do majority of the time. Wait, what were you doing? What about Steve? You're married, remember?
What Steve didn't know wouldn't hurt him, you quickly reasoned with the little voice in your head.

"It was horrible!"You complained, throwing your hands into the air for emphasis on how horrible it was."I can't believe someone stole my purse again!"
"You carry a purse?"Alfred asked, slurping his Coca Cola down louder than the train nearby. His feet were comfortable on your office desk which was next to a giant window. Don't get excited. The window only looked down upon an alley way with some emergency fire sta

You glanced uninterestedly at the crown prince of Austria. He was way too high and mighty for your tastes, with his carefully groomed wavy dark brown hair that sported a large cowlick and cold violet eyes. A pair of wire-rimmed glasses sat on his long, straight nose. His name was Roderich Edelstein, and you felt absolutely nothing for him. Unfortunately, your mother, who happened to be the Queen of (Country) wanted you two wed.
Roderich's father, the King of Austria, also supported this marriage, claiming it would be good for both nations.
Roderich himself didn't care for anything except classical music and cake. You were certainly not exe

Left, right, fake, punch. The words of the old captain's voice echoes into your brain, as you practice your punches.
You were below the deck, in a room that was right next to the jail cells. It's a small room, the floor covered in hay. Weapons decorate the walls, shining every now and then when a bust of sunlight come through the window.
You're barefooted, and are only wearing thin, light brown pants and a thin white shirt to match. The old captain had taught you to always train in this outfit, so your movements would be easier to maneuver.
The hay crunches under your feet, as you shift your weight to you right foot. You swing y
